Liam decided a couple of months ago that he is not into vegetables so much anymore which is not really an option for a vegan child, so I had to come up with some creative ways to make him a fan again. So I got some tools and, did some research and used what I learned from my Mom who made some huge efforts to get me to eat anything at all when I was little (don't have that problem anymore...) . I also hear a lot of Moms complain they don't know what to pack for lunch so if your child is bored of PBJs and you can get some ideas all the better :). I will post every week the previous weeks lunches, most of them are the main lunch and do not include the snacks which is usually whatever fresh fruit I have home. The best part is none of these take more than 10 minutes to prepare. Enjoy :)
